Detection of genes and proteins differentially expressed in response to CG200745 treatment, as detected by in situ hybridization and immunohistochemistry, respectively. Tumour tissue was labelled with antibodies against acetylated histone H3, YAP, TEAD4, TGF-β2, and cleaved Caspase 3 and hybridised with an RNA probe targeting miR-509-3p.
