Allergen-specific memory CD4 T cells survived more than 70 days in the lung and airways. (a) Shown is the immunization and analysis timeline. (b) Lymphocytes were isolated from the organs as indicated and cells were stained with anti-CD4 and anti-TCR DO11.10 antibody. The numbers of OVA-specific CD4 T cells were calculated using flow cytometry. These data represent Mean ± SEM. N = 3, 14, 15, and 9 mice (represent day 0, 7, 30 and 70 each) for each group and we presented pooled data of 9 independent experiments.
