Particle size and polydispersity as a function of increasing backpressures in the TFF system as collected on the retentate side of the membrane. Images from NTA analysis, verifying particles in permeate (top) and retentate (bottom) stream at increasing backpressures. Particles were found in the permeate at backpressures exceeding 75 psi. All experimental datasets are presented as mean and standard deviation (mean ± s.d.) resulting from three independent runs (n = 3).
