Virus identification and viral growth curve. (a) Virus infection was detected by immunofluorescence (IFA) using 1:200 diluted anti-ZIKV polyclonal antibody as primary antibody, followed by 1:500 diluted FITC-conjugated anti-mouse IgG as secondary antibody.
