Redundancy analysis (RDA) of the utilization of six functional categories of carbon substrates (A) and relative abundances of bacterial phyla (B) constrained by soil chemical properties. Vectors in red color represent selected soil chemical properties and in black color represent microbial characteristics. Before the RDA, selection of the soil variables using the stepwise regression method and the Monte Carlo Permutation test was conducted.
