OA inhibits TSCC cells proliferation. (a,b) TSCC cells (CAL27 and UM1) were treated with OA (0–400 μM) for 24 h, 48 h, 72 h or 96 h, and the inhibition rate of cell proliferation was detected using a Cell Counting kit-8 assay. (c–e) The capacity of cell proliferation was also tested using an Edu assay after treatment with different concentrations of OA for 24 h. Arrows indicate the proliferating cells.
