From: Simulation of early DNA damage after the irradiation of a fibroblast cell nucleus using Geant4-DNA
Yields of DSB/Gy/Gbp simulated in this work, when applying the default parameters of the calculation chain (“This work”). The results depend on the LET of the protons used as primary particles. Experimental data from the literature are also presented: Frankenberg et al.43 (black points), Belli et al.45,46 (brown stars and red triangles) and Campa et al.44 (orange squares). Statistical uncertainties are shown for this work unless they are too small to be seen.
