Dendrogram constructed based on the obtained AFLP profiles of Devriesea agamarum isolates. Cluster analysis was performed with UPGMA using DICE algorithm and a tolerance and optimization level of 1.06%. The strains were classified in the same AFLP type if the relatedness was higher than 70%.
