Confirmation of extension and cleavage reactions in Cycles 1, 2, and 3 in isothermal EXPAR. Product sizes of extended and singly nicked products for mir-48 in each cycle were analyzed via denaturing CE, in which FAM-dCTP was added to label the reaction products in the test reactions. The expected size of the product is indicated by a black arrow in each electropherogram.
