(A) Current monitoring using a platinized Pt microelectrode (−0.4 V) positioned at ~15 µm tip-substrate distance from an HS578T cell and O2 consumption rate (OCR) values as a function of time. DMEM (2 µL, a), 2 µmol L−1 CCCP (b) and 2 µmol L−1 antimycin A (c) were added where indicated. (B) Oxygen consumption values obtained using a commercial SeaHorse Bioanalyzer under similar experimental conditions.
