The 7-day survival rates following crush injury. Survival rates at 7 days were 100% in the RAGE-Sh group, 10% in the RAGE-Ctrl group and 50% in the RAGE-Tx group. The survival rate was significantly improved in the RAGE-Tx group versus that in the RAGE-Ctrl group.
