All comparisons are statistically significant after Bonferroni correction for multiple testing at α = 0.025.
  2. 2Dow-Cheverud test of dental metric r ij versus dental non-metric r ij. Reported values are correlation coefficients (p1Z) and two-tailed significance (p, in parentheses) after 10,000 permutations. Positive correlation values indicate that dental metrics are more strongly correlated with neutral genetics. Negative correlation values indicate that dental non-metric traits are more strongly correlated with neutral genetics. None of the results are statistically significant at α = 0.05.
