(b) Activity of recombinant TRAP5b was inhibited by NaAuCl4 (IC50: 1.0 ± 0.2 μM) and AubipyOMe (IC50: 1.8 ± 0.3 μM) (n = 3). (c) TRAP activity in lysates of murine MPI alveolar macrophages was inhibited by NaAuCl4 (IC50: 0.7 ± 0.0 μM) and AubipyOMe (IC50: 1.7 ± 0.4 μM) (n = 3).
