The molecular sizes of IgG in HEPES buffer, pH 6.8, were analysed after heating at 60 °C or 70 °C for 2 h with or without 1 mM MMTS. (B) Disulphide-shuffled polymerization of heat-treated IgG was analysed by SDS-PAGE in the presence or absence of reducing agents.
