Cytokine, CXCL2 and TNF-α mRNA expression in the skin of Flg ft mice and the effects of IL-17A neutralization. Mouse recombinant anti-mouse IL-17A was administered intraperitoneally (50 μg) once a day for a week in the skin of Flg ft mice. The mice were sacrificed, and the full thickness sections of the dorsal skin were dissected. Quantitative RT-PCR analysis of cytokine, CXCL2 and TNF-α mRNA expression in the skin of Flg ft and B6 mice (n = 4–5). *P < 0.05; *P < 0.005. NS: not significant. ND: no data.
