Comparison of APOBEC3 gene expression levels between responders and non-responders. Relative expression level of hepatic APOBEC3A (A), or APOBEC3B, -C, -DE, -F, -G, -H mRNA (B) normalized to GAPDH were compared in responders and non-responders at the end of PegIFN-α treatment.
