From: Nucleation and annihilation of skyrmions in Mn2CoAl observed through the topological Hall effect

Temperature range of the topological Hall effect. Hall effect measurements on a trilayer with a compensation temperature of 270 K. At 3 K, where the AHE dominates, the THE persists as a shoulder in (a,b). The THE peaks are clear closer to the compensation temperature in (c,d), and persists up to almost ambient temperature.
