Both dependencies are similar, whereas the isolated ISCA1-complex (red) has a noticeably higher RMSD. (B) The time evolution of the dihedral energies, Eq. (1), computed for the three different systems studied. The original ISCA1-Cry (blue) and the adjusted ISCA1-Cry (green) are similar whereas the ISCA1-complex (red) has a much lower energy.
