The specific amino acids forming hydrogen bonds are specified in the strong binding of Cry1 in (A) the intermediate binding of Cry8 in (B) and the weak binding of Cry6 in (C). The weaker the interaction energy, the less hydrogen bonds are formed between the Cry and the ISCA1-polymer.
