Sequence analysis of UIMA products. The reaction was incubated at 63 °C for 180 min, then the product was cloned into the T-vector and sequenced. Sequence 1, 2, 3 were the three kinds of sequencing results of one UIMA reaction. The braces showed the position of the repeating units. The numbers under the braces showed the number of consecutive repeats in the sequence. The italics and bold bases in the sequence indicated mutations. Horizontal arrows denoted the 5′-3′ direction of sequences.
