Secreted embryonic alkaline phosphatase (SEAP) release from untreated, mock-transfected, or MSR1-transfected HEK-Blue hTLR7 cells using a HEK-Blue detection solution. Each DNA sample was added to the cells at a final concentration of 50 μg/mL. The sample optical density (OD) was measured at 620 nm. The results are expressed as means + SEM of three independent experiments. CL264; a TLR7 ligand.
