Neutrons scattered by the sample enter the segment from the left as indicated by the arrow. The distances of the analyzers to the sample are 1050 mm, 1220 mm, 1387 mm, 1552 mm and 1732 mm, respectively. This corresponds to vertical angular acceptance angles of ±1.40°, ±1.10°, ±0.89°, ±0.75° and ±0.63° for an ideal point-like sample, while the horizontal acceptance angles are ±0.55°, ±0.47°, ±0.41°, ±0.37° and ±0.33°, respectively.
