Protective effects of 14-DHE in a mouse model of experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis. EAE was induced by immunization with MOG/CFA conjugated with PTx. Mice were simultaneously immunized subcutaneously in one flank on day 0 and in the other on day 7 with 0 or 0.4 mg/kg 14-DHE in a different location from the MOG injection.
