Schematic of electrically-tuned metasurface. (a) A metallic V-shaped metasurface, an EO material layer and a metal layer form a GSP resonance cavity. External voltage is applied on the ultrathin ITO film adjacent to the bottom interface of the metasurface while the metal layer acts as a grounding electrode.
