The average expression of all samples was used as a reference to calculate the relative gene expressions. 332 genes were significantly (p < 0.05) upregulated (fold change >1.4) and 194 genes were significantly downregulated (fold change <−1.4) in ExpPE compared to Pr. Pr = healthy Pregnant; NPr = Non-Pregnant; ExpPE = Experimental Preeclampsia.
