  1. White blood cells and neutrophils in blood samples were detected, and their concentration (gram per liter blood) were significantly increased post-surgery. Also the two liver function index, alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate amino transferase (AST) were significantly increased post-surgery (concentration as U/L). Data are shown as mean ± SD, values were compared by Student’s t-test, and p values were as in the table.
