Phylogenetic tree of AChE. AChE from planarians were predicted using PlanMine (http://planmine.mpi-cbg.de)³³ and used as template for BLAST in UNIPROT (http://www.uniprot.org/blast/). Sequence alignment and Phylogeny were performed with MEGA^34,35. Predicted AChE from planarians were found to be closely related to other species from Platyhelminthes.
