Principal component analysis (PCA) score blots of wild type (WT), β-carotene oxygenase 2 (BCO2) heterozygous (Het) and knockout (KO) liver metabolites data on 6-week-old. KO mice had very distinct PCA clustering in liver compared to WT and Het. However, the Het and WT mice showed similar PCA clustering (n = 6).
