From: Gender composition mediates social facilitation effect in co-action condition
Topographical distribution of theta, alpha and beta power in three social presence conditions. Plots were based on the power spectra of all epochs starting from the onset of the problem statement presented on the screen to the pressing of the P or Q key on the keyboard. Plots were averaged for each social presence condition. Numbers marked on each scale bar indicated the maximal and minimal values (in square microvolts) for theta, alpha, and beta band respectively. Higher values were coded in red and lower values in blue. The prominently activated areas were frontal, parietal and occipital lobes.
