  1. Six mice in the NC, PSS (25) and PSS (50) groups were randomly anesthetized and sacrificed 24 h after treatment. Six mice in the sham operation, IR, PSS (25) +IR, and PSS (50) +IR groups were randomly anesthetized and sacrificed at 2, 8, and 24 h after reperfusion.
