The relative expression of individual members of the miR-17-92 cluster in three chicken cell lines. The relative miRNA expression was analysed using stem-loop qRT-PCR, and miRNA expression was normalized to the U6 snRNA expression level. Fold change is relative to ICPA-1 cells. All data are representative of three independent experiments and shown as the mean ± SEM.
