MAP3K2 overexpression does not induce cell apoptosis. (a and b) Effect of MAP3K2 overexpression on cell apoptosis. DF1 cells (a) and ICPA-1 cells (b) were transfected with either pCMV-HA-MAP3K2 or pCMV-HA vector, and at 48 h after transfection, cell apoptosis was assessed using the Annexin V-FITC/PI kit. The results are representative of three independent experiments. (c) The quantification of cell apoptosis in DF1 and ICPA-1 cells. All data are representative of three independent experiments and shown as the mean ± SEM, and ns indicates no significance; determined by two-tailed Student’s t-test.
