On each plot, the red line indicates the median (Q2), the bottom and top edges of the box represent lower quartile (Q1) and upper quartile (Q3). The outliers (red dots) are the values which falls outside of the lower/upper fences between 1.5 times the interquartile range (IQR, Q3–Q1) from Q1 and Q3, respectively. The black horizontal lines display minimum and maximum values in the fences.
