Effects of RD2 on cognition and evaluation of activity and anxiety. Four graphs showing the behaviour of placebo and RD2 treated mice. Assessment of the open field test (A) and zero maze (B) exhibits no difference of activity or anxiety of RD2 and placebo treated mice. Performance in the water maze showed a significantly improved cognition of RD2 treated mice in contrast to the performance of placebo treated mice (C). The RD2 treated group showed a preference for the correct quadrant in the probe trial which followed the last training trial (D).
