Treatment with RD2 significantly reduced the level of insoluble Aβ(x-42). Levels of Aβ(x-40) (A) and Aβ(x-42) (B) were analysed in soluble and insoluble fractions of hippocampus by ELISA. Treatment with RD2 exhibited a significant decrease of insoluble Aβ(x-42) level in the hippocampus and significantly lowered the Aβ42/40 ratio (C).
