OATP2A1 function affects PGE₂ accumulation in HUVECs. Fluorescence immunocytochemistry was performed with anti-OATP2A1 antibody in HUVECs transfected with NS siRNA (a) or SLCO2A1 siRNA (b), and none (c), followed by counterstaining with Hoechst 33342 for nuclei (blue).
