Evolution of hybrid Fano resonances for different angles of incidence: (a) 3°, (b) 6°, (c) 9° and (d) 15°. The width and height of the barriers are 10 nm and 50 meV, respectively. As in the case of Fano resonances the hybrid line-shape is: well defined at small angles; deformed and eventually lost as the angle increases.
