Enhanced and sustained expression of CD25 by the presence of AQ. iTreg cells were developed in the presence of various amounts of AQ. (A) iTreg cells were harvested at day 4 post stimulation and stained with antibody against CD25, CD122, or CD132 followed by flow cytometry analysis. (B) iTreg cells were incubated with AQ (10 µM) and harvested at days 2, 3, and 4 and subjected to flow cytometry after staining with anti-CD25 (PC61). Three independent experiments were performed and a representative image is shown. (C) Total RNA was harvested at day 3 and reversely transcribed into cDNA for subsequent real time-PCR analysis of CD25, CD122, and CD132. Data are given as mean from three independent experiments. *p < 0.05.
