Microarray analysis of NSC319726-treated samples from C. albicans strain SC5314. Data are presented as a pie chart of functional gene categories (Gene Ontology Term analysis) of up regulated genes in treated cells compared to the untreated control. A total of 434 genes were up regulated, defined by a minimum 2-fold increase of gene expression, including core stress response genes (23%).
