PBMC gene expression prior to vaccination (Day 0) correlates with post-vaccination (Day 28) PBMC cytokine recall responses. Gene expression data at baseline (Day 0) was clustered according to the Day 28 WGCNA gene clusters, and the correlation coefficient of each cluster’s Day 0 eigengene with PBMC cytokine responses is shown, colored as in previous figures.
