(1) Probability histograms of BLM resistance after being subjected to a centrifugal force (55 × g for 10 min) and (2) probability histograms of BLM resistance after being subjected to 20 aspiration cycles. (a) BLMs in Aperture A, (b) BLMs in Aperture B, and (c) BLMs in Aperture C. All the BLMs had a resistance higher than 100 GΩ 10 min after their formation. The probability of BLMs retaining a resistance higher than 100 GΩ in each histogram corresponds to the values shown in Table 1.
