From: Knockdown of long non-coding RNA H19 inhibits multiple myeloma cell growth via NF-κB pathway
Increased expression of H19 in both MM bone marrow and cell lines. (A) H19 expression in bone marrow of MM patients compared with patients with MGUS, SMM and normal controls (three non-tumor patients who received femoral heads excision and were matched by gender and age). (B) H19 expression in nine MM cell lines compared with normal control peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) pooled from 3 healthy individuals. All the data were processed using 2−ΔΔCT method and normalized to GAPDH expression.
