From: Knockdown of long non-coding RNA H19 inhibits multiple myeloma cell growth via NF-κB pathway
H19 depletion made MM cells more sensitive to bortezomib in terms of NF-κB activation and cell proliferation. Sh-H19 transfected MM cells were treated with bortezomib (bort, 10 nM, for 24 h) compared with treatment with PBS as negative control. (A) Western blot was performed to determine phosphorylation changes of IκBα and P65. Cell proliferation (B), viability (C), and (D) colony formation were determined respectively.
