Histograms of NGS enriched regions with an overlap greater than 0.5 Mb with a NotI fragment in the specified range. Results are shown for fractions 5, 7 and 9. The total number of NGS enriched regions was 178, 228, and 306, respectively. Points with error bars show the average number of counts and the standard deviations from a random permutation of NGS enriched regions for the same number of NGS enriched regions and with the same size distribution as in the experiment. The total number of overlaps in the experiments and the simulations are stated in the figures.
