The protein sequences contained CsMYB6A from Camellia sinensis and AtMYBs from Arabidopsis thaliana (http://www.arabidopsis.org/browse/genefamily/index.jsp). The phylogenetic tree was constructed using MEGA 5 with 1000 bootstrap replicates. Numbers indicate the percentage of consensus support.
