Statistical comparison (one-way ANOVA, with post-hoc Tukey analysis) of the cumulative amount were compared between different chemical analogues within the same concentration of PG:H2O co-solvent system. In general, both Arg2 and Arg3 have greater permeation at 24 hrs as compared to Arg0, except in 70% PG co-solvent system where Arg0 performed significantly better than the other chemical analogues.
