Results of survival rate and body temperature in in vivo study. A/J mice were infected intranasally with approximately 4 times the 50% lethal dose of spores of B. anthracis Sterne. At 6, 24, and 48 h post-infection, buffer (G1) or endolysin LysB4 (G2: 10 μg/head, G3: 100 μg/head) were administered intranasally (8 mice per group).
