Clustering of NO-responsive TFs. (a) Heatmap showing the expression patterns of transcriptome-wide, differentially expressed transcription factor genes in response to CySNO. (b) A total of 673 TFs were identified at a Q-value < 0.05 in the transcriptome. Among these 385 were up-regulated and 288 down-regulated. The red-green colour key indicates changes in expression level (≥log2-fold change).
