Mice were treated with vehicle (a), DIOB + EEA-S22 (b, 660 + 706 mg/kg), S22 (c, 2 g/kg), DIOB + EEA-S23 (d, 457 + 645 mg/kg), S23 (e, 2 g/kg), DIOB + EEA-S24 (f, 1260 + 116 mg/kg), S24 (g, 2 g/kg). The mice were sacrificed 36 h after the administration, and the serum ALT and AST levels were measured. **p < 0.01 were considered significantly different.
