Linkage disequilibrium (LD) of the investigated exon 29 CR1 variants. LD was calculated based on the data for controls (a) and patients with chronic CD (b), being the pairwise correlation coefficient values (D’) between tag SNPs referred by numbers inside the squares that show the amount of LD between two SNPs. Red, purple, and white squares represent high, medium and low levels of LD, respectively. Relative position of SNPs on CR1 gene are indicated on the abscissas.
